Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package requires reshipment.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact our support team.

After verification, we will gladly arrange either:

  • a replacement shipment, or
  • a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • photos of the product
  • photos of the packaging
  • the shipping label

After verification, we will offer either:

  • a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • a full refund.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, ELSORA cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections
  • severe weather
  • carrier disruptions
  • holidays
  • events beyond our reasonable control
